Change Healthcare said to announce buyer for ClaimsXten business as soon as next week

Change Healthcare (NASDAQ:CHNG) might announce a purchaser for tis ClaimsXten enterprise as quickly as subsequent week as UnitedHealth (NYSE:UNH) works to attempt to resolve DOJ antitrust issues even after the company sued to dam the deal final month.

Availity is alleged to be the client of ClaimsXten unit, in keeping with a Dealreporter story earlier.

The report comes after the DOJ sued to dam UnitedHealth’s (UNH) $8 billion buy of Change Healthcare (CHNG) final month, claiming it might “hurt competitors” in business medical health insurance markets. The information additionally comes forward of an April 5 deadline for the businesses to stroll from the deal.
