Wipro Infrastructure Engineering to acquire majority stake in France’s Lauak Group

Wipro Infrastructure Engineering (WIN) and the Charritton Household, founders and present shareholders of French aerospace producer Lauak Group, have entered into unique negotiation for a majority stake acquisition within the firm. This transfer was introduced on Wednesday on the Paris Air Present.

Based on the corporate, the transaction is predicted to shut within the coming months, topic to customary closing circumstances, and can reinforce Wipro’s dedication to increasing its footprint within the European aerospace sector and enhancing its world capabilities to help key business gamers.
