1. Breathe: My day begins at 4.00 am, and I guard the primary half-hour fiercely — no screens, no noise, simply stillness — time to reset and breathe earlier than the world wakes up. Between 4.30 am and 6 am, I atone for enterprise priorities, align for the day. The morning window is my clearest, most centered pondering zone.
2. Practice: By 6 am, it’s the gymnasium for a two-hour exercise, six days every week. I’ve skilled for practically twenty years, combining power coaching, combined martial arts, and high-intensity interval coaching. Health is my basis — mentally and bodily.
3. Eat clear: I’m an eggetarian, and avoid sugar, wheat, and processed meals. Meals contain contemporary, entire meals, wealthy in protein, fibre, and good fat. The main target is on feeling good, not simply monitoring macros.
4. Unwind: Evenings are for unwinding — music throughout my commute, and studying on weekends. I make time to be in nature and with animals — it’s grounding, joyful, and the proper solution to finish the day.
5. Early meal: My final meal is earlier than 7 pm; after that, it’s zero — particularly ‘breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, eat dinner like a pauper.’ Sleep is by 9.30 pm.
