Three Qatari officers have been killed in a automotive crash close to the Egyptian Crimson Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, in response to the Qatari Embassy in Cairo.

In a press release on Sunday, the diplomatic mission stated that every one three males labored for the Amiri Diwan, the executive workplace of Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

The embassy described the incident as a “tragic visitors accident” and stated the three males have been killed whereas performing their duties.

Each of the injured officers are receiving medical care at a hospital in Sharm el-Sheikh.

“The Embassy of the State of Qatar in Cairo extends its heartfelt condolences and honest sympathies to the households of the deceased, praying that God envelops them in His huge mercy, accepts them in Paradise, and grants the injured a speedy restoration,” it added.

Egypt’s Sharm el-Sheikh was the venue for the negotiations for a ceasefire settlement between Israel and Hamas to finish the battle in Gaza earlier this week. It is usually scheduled to host a worldwide summit on Monday aimed toward finalising the settlement.
