WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Two directors of Epic Video video games, who had been appointed by Chinese language language gaming and social media company Tencent Holdings (OTC:), resigned from Epic’s board after the U.S. Justice Division’s antitrust division expressed points that their positions on every the Epic and Tencent boards violated U.S. laws, the Justice Division said on Wednesday.
Tencent can be the guardian agency of a gaming competitor to Epic, Riot Video video games, the Justice Division said in a press launch.
