Swifties gather in Vienna streets after concerts cancelled over apparent attack plot

The cancellation of three Taylor Swift live shows in Vienna over an obvious assault plot did not cease the U.S. pop star’s followers from taking to town’s streets to unite in celebration of her music. 

Large teams of Swifties gathered Thursday and shared friendship bracelets.

The bracelet pattern grew to become standard at Swift’s live shows in response to her tune You are on Your Personal, Child from her 2022 album Midnights.

The lyrics, “So, make the friendship bracelets, take the second and style it,” led to followers creating and sharing bracelets with fellow concertgoers. 

“Taylor Swift is an escape for me,” Canadian Ariella Kimmel stated in an interview with Canada Tonight. Kimmel was in Vienna to see Swift for a fourth time.

“It does not matter the place you are from or what you imagine … you are all on this one place and singing the songs collectively.”

Live performance organizer Barracuda Music stated all tickets for the Vienna reveals can be refunded. The identical message was posted underneath the Vienna dates on Swift’s official web site.
