Stock Market Today 22 Aug 2022: Top Gainers and Losers – What investors should know

Inventory Market At present 22 Aug 2022: Inventory market began the week on a weaker be aware with the fairness benchmarks — Sensex and Nifty — crashing round 1.50 per cent. The BSE Sensex ended at 58,773.87, down by 872.28 factors or 1.46 per cent whereas the 50-share Nifty50 settled at 17,490.70, tumbling 267.75 factors or 1.51 per cent.

Inventory Market Prime Gainers and Losers:

Within the 30-share BSE Sensex, solely two shares had been gainers on the closing time. The remaining 28 had been losers.

Sensex Prime Gainers:

1) ITC Shares ended at Rs 314, up 0.60 per cent on the BSE from the Friday closing value.  

2) Nestle India shares ended at Rs 19492.50, up 0.3 per cent from the Friday closing value.

Sensex prime Losers:

1) Tata Metal Shares ended at Rs 105.25, down 4.3 per cent on the BSE from the Friday closing value.  

2) Asian Paints Shares ended at Rs 3360, down 3.5 per cent from the Friday closing value.  

3) Larsen & Toubro Shares ended at Rs 1877, down 3 per cent from the Friday closing value.  

4) Wipro Shares ended at Rs 420.35, down 2.9 per cent from the Friday closing value.  

5) Ultratech Cement Firm Shares ended at Rs 6459, down 2.8 per cent from the Friday closing value.  

Nifty50 Prime Gainers:

1) Tata Shopper Merchandise Shares ended at Rs 795.05, up 1 per cent from the Friday closing value.  

2) ITC Shares ended at Rs 314.75, up 0.9 per cent from the Friday closing value.  

3) Coal India Shares ended at Rs 218.40, up 0.6 per cent from the Friday closing value.  

4) Britannia Industries Shares ended at Rs 3681.15, up 0.5 per cent from the Friday closing value.  

5) Nestle India Shares ended at Rs 19497.80, up 0.3 per cent from the Friday closing value.  

Nifty50 Prime Losers:

1) Tata Metal Shares ended at Rs 104.95, down 4.6 per cent on the BSE from the Friday closing value.  

2) Adani Ports Shares ended at Rs 839.15, down 3.7 per cent on the BSE from the Friday closing value.  

3) Asian Paints Shares ended at Rs 3354.75, down 3.7 per cent on the BSE from the Friday closing value.  

4) Tata Motors Shares ended at Rs 453.95, down 3.6 per cent on the BSE from the Friday closing value.  

5) Divi’s Laboratories Shares ended at Rs 3579.80, down 3.2 per cent on the BSE from the Friday closing value.
