Tried to do a DCF for AMZN but my values are significantly below AMZN’s price not sure what went wrong. Same thing happened with my last DCF. I tried comparing my DCF with a guy on youtube. I noticed a few things off such as how his EBIT was higher, I’m not exactly sure why I’d be so off. But I’ve included in the sheet my assumptions, calculations taken and my WACC and TGR which I think are reasonable.
