Home PE agency True North’s Fettle Tone LLP offloaded 9.46 per cent stake in Niva Bupa Insurance coverage whereas its MD and CEO Krishnan Ramachandran bought 1 crore shares or 0.5 per cent stake within the firm in secondary market transactions.
In accordance with block deal information on the BSE, Fettle Tone bought 8.14 crore shares at a median value of ₹82.76 and 9.15 crore shares at ₹82.11 whereas Ramachandran offloaded at ₹82.30 a share.
DSP Mutual Fund and SBI Mutual Fund have been the consumers. SBI Mutual purchased about 1.52 crore shares whereas DSP Mutual, by means of 4 transactions, purchased about 4.97 crore shares. Different consumers’ names will not be instantly ascertained.
Shares of Niva Bupa slumped 10 per cent to ₹83.07 because the transactions have been carried out at a reduction to Friday’s closing value of ₹92.28.
