NCS forks out $239M for acquisition to tap growth opportunities in Australia

NCS has forked out AU$$325 million ($239.38 million) to amass The Dialog Group in a bid to hunt out new progress alternatives in Australia. The transfer is a part of the Singtel subsidiary’s enlargement plans within the area and touted to spice up its providers portfolio.
