A number of folks had been stabbed on a practice close to Cambridge in central England on Saturday, police mentioned. Two suspects have been detained.
Ambulances and armed items had been dispatched to the scene round 7:40 pm native time.
“Armed officers attended and the practice was stopped at Huntingdon, the place two males had been arrested. A variety of folks have been taken to hospital,” Cambridgeshire Police mentioned.

Prime Minister Keir Starmer condemned the “appalling incident” and thanked emergency companies for his or her response. “My ideas are with all these affected,” he wrote on X.
House Secretary Shabana Mahmood mentioned she was “deeply saddened” and urged the general public to “keep away from remark and hypothesis at this early stage.”
