Mayotte on red alert again as another cyclone heads toward the French territory off Africa

CAPE TOWN, South Africa (AP) — The French territory of Mayotte was placed on purple alert Saturday as one other cyclone headed towards the islands off Africa that have been devastated by their worst storm in practically a century final month.
