The GOP chair of a neighborhood elections board in North Carolina has been arrested after being accused of placing MDMA and cocaine in his grandchildren’s ice cream.
After it was decided that the 2 hadn’t ingested the substances, preliminary area assessments indicated that the capsules had been unlawful narcotics, they usually had been taken to a state lab for additional testing.
Video footage confirmed Yokeley putting the capsules in his grandchildren’s frozen treats, per Wilmington Police.
