ANKARA: A personal jet carrying Libya’s navy chief, 4 different officers and three crew members crashed on Tuesday after takeoff from Turkey’s capital, Ankara, killing everybody on board. Libyan officers stated the reason for the crash was a technical malfunction on the airplane.
