Journey reserving platform EaseMyTrip on Friday introduced it should purchase 49% paid-up share capital of Planet Training Australia Pty Ltd to foray into worldwide research tourism.

The acquisition creates synergy between EaseMyTrip’s buyer base, B2B brokers’ community, tech capabilities and Planet Training’s intensive world training community, an announcement stated.

Sydney-headquartered Planet Training has a presence throughout 25 places of work globally and connections with over 350 universities worldwide.
