The Ministry of Finance (MinFin) of Russia finalized a draft invoice named “On Digital Foreign money” and has despatched it to the Russian authorities for approval to be handed as legislation. The draft of the federal legislation clarifies rules associated to the buying and selling and mining of cryptocurrencies.
