Brazil is celebrating 200 years of independence from Portugal on September 7, with colourful parades and army demonstrations being held throughout the nation, together with in Brasilia, Sao Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro.

President Jair Bolsonaro took half in a army parade in Brasilia alongside along with his spouse, First Girl Michelle Bolsonaro. The president described Brazil’s bicentennial as an opportunity to have fun the nation’s proud historical past.
