This is great news for cash generating asset investors.
Basically we will see a wave of uncontrolled asset selling to fund margin calls etc from this liquidity crunch.
People will panic and etc.
But…. Coca-Cola will still sell the same soft drinks and pay the dividends from operating cash flows. Same with other companies that will continue to operate and pay out their cashflows. Just now you can buy for a 10-20% discount, if not… a deeper discount.
