Bharat Gears bonus issue record date 2022 CHANGED – check new date – share price NSE

Bharat Gears Bonus Issue Record Date 2022: Bharat Gears has announced issuing bonus shares for its investors. Bharat Gears in an exchange filing informed that its board of directors has recommended the issue of bonus shares. Bharat Gears bonus share ratio is 1:2, meaning 1 bonus share will be issued for every 2 shares.

Bharat Gears pre-bonus paid-up share capital was 1.02 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each, aggregating Rs 10.23 crore. After the bonus issue, the paid-up share capital will be 1.53 crore shares of Rs 10 each aggregating, Rs 15.35 crore.

Bharat Gears in its filing informed that the company has fixed the record date for share bonus. Record date is a particular date that helps the company to determine the eligibility of shareholders for receiving the benefits of corporate actions like bonus share issue, share split, dividends and more.

Bharat Gears share bonus record date was September 13. But the company changed the record date. It means that Bharat Gears will not use September 13 to determine the eligibility of shareholders for receiving bonus share.

Bharat Gears in another filing with exchanges informed about the change in record date for bonus share issue. Bharat Gears share bonus new record date is now September 28. It means that Bharat Gears will give 1 bonus share for every 2 shares to its investors who have the company’s share in his/her Demate account on September 28.

Bharat Gears is a small cap company that operates in the consumer discretionary sector. It is the largest gear manufacturer in the country. 

Bharat Gears share price has delivered a stellar return of 30 per cent in the last one month. Bharat Gears share price NSE 52-week range is Rs 204.70 – Rs 120.20.
