The ADF levels frequent lethal raids on villages in jap Congo regardless of joint operations by the Congolese and Ugandan armies.

Suspected rebels have killed a minimum of 14 civilians and kidnapped greater than a dozen others in an assault within the jap Democratic Republic of the Congo, a witness and a neighborhood human rights group have stated.

A military spokesman confirmed the assault on Wednesday, which occurred in Ituri province on Tuesday night, and blamed it on the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF), a Ugandan militia energetic in jap DRC because the Nineteen Nineties, which has pledged allegiance to the ISIL (ISIS) group.
