Herzliya: A 130 sq. meter, five-room, sixth ground penthouse condo with a 140 sq. meter balcony, elevator and two parking areas on Leib Yaffe Avenue in Neve Oved was offered for NIS 4.63 million. A 95 sq. meter, four-room, fourth ground condo with a ten sq. meter balcony and elevator on Kibush Ha’avoda Avenue in Herzliya Hayaroka was offered for NIS 2.55 million. A 300 sq. meter lot on Kibbutz Galuyot Avenue in Neve Amal was offered for NIS 3 million (Anglo-Saxon).

A 97 sq. meter, four-room, floor ground backyard condo on Reines Avenue within the north of the town was offered for NIS 1.81 million. A 134 sq. meter, five-room, fifth ground condo with an elevator and parking on David Hamelekh Avenue close to the seafront was offered for NIS 2.09 million (RE/MAX – Kahol-Lavan).
