Britain’s counter-terrorism police arrested 5 males, along with 4 Iranian nationals, on suspicion of terrorism offences over a plot to concentrate on a specific premises, the Metropolitan Police talked about in an announcement on Sunday. The arrests occurred on Saturday in Swindon, west London, Stockport, Rochdale and Manchester.
The police didn’t disclose particulars of the plot, citing operational causes.
The Embassy of Iran in London didn’t immediately reply to a request for comment.
