Arvind Shrivastava on Thursday took cost as Income Secretary within the Finance Ministry.
A 1994-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Karnataka cadre, Shrivastava served as Joint Secretary after which Extra Secretary within the Prime Minister’s Workplace.
Earlier than that, Shrivastava served as Joint Secretary within the Price range Division of the Division of Financial Affairs, Ministry of Finance; Growth Officer on the Asian Growth Financial institution; Secretary, Finance Division, Bengaluru; Secretary, City Growth Division, Bengaluru; and Managing Director of the City Infrastructure Growth & Finance Company, Karnataka.
